• 6–9+ years of experience in client strategy, media strategy, or shopper marketing.
• Experience leading and mentoring team members.
• Strong executive storytelling and proposal development abilities.
• Demonstrated ability translating data into strategic narratives for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Strategy team to deliver high‑quality strategic work.
• Coach and guide team members on strategic proposals, decks, and campaigns.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Retail teams.
• Present recommendations and strategic narratives to clients and internal stakeholders.
