Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Commercial Client Executive to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering insurance and risk management support to clients and prospects in our London office.

You will manage complex client portfolios, develop renewal strategies, build senior-level relationships, and coordinate with broking and client service teams while staying current on market conditions. ACII qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance and risk management industry, preferably in a Client Executive/Account Executive role.
• Strong communication skills.
• ACII part/fully qualified (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary client team to deliver insurance and risk management support to clients and prospective clients.
• Develop an understanding of clients' business priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs; work with specialists to provide advice/consultancy.
• Develop and execute renewal/placement strategies with the broking and client service team in accordance with client instructions.
• Identify and win prospective clients or project work in collaboration with colleagues.
• Build and maintain multi-level relationships; be the primary day-to-day service contact.
• Oversee delivery of client service by the Marsh team.
• Stay updated on market conditions and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.
