Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Executive for the Business Insurance team in Minneapolis. You will manage an existing book, market and place renewals, and deliver exceptional service to clients and carriers.

Collaborate with producers and service staff to lead client relationships, advise on coverage, and ensure renewals are smooth. A strong background in commercial insurance and a P&C license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance industry, markets and underwriting guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage book of business and build client relationships.
• Excellent communication to service clients, carriers and peers.
• Property and Casualty license required; Applied Epic experience.
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve an existing book of business with high technical proficiency.
• Market and place new and renewal business for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, carriers and peers.
• Lead and support the producer and service team.
