Job summary

Marsh, a leading insurance broker, is seeking a Senior Client Executive for the Business Insurance team in New Jersey. You will manage and grow a book of commercial accounts, deliver coverage analyses, and coordinate with internal and carrier partners to provide strategic insurance solutions.

You will maintain relationships through renewals, upsell services, and proactive risk management guidance, while staying current with licensing and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• 10+ years commercial lines insurance experience, with 3+ years in brokerage.
• Experience managing accounts through renewal life cycle and upselling/cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a book of client accounts within Business Insurance.
• Provide coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, and submissions.
• Coordinate with Producers, Underwriters, and Service Team to deliver service and proposals.
• Lead renewal reviews and renewal proposals, negotiate with carriers.
