Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services seeks a Client Executive to lead client accounts, build meaningful relationships, and champion innovative solutions for client success.

You will be the strategic liaison between Gallagher and clients, managing complex self-funded accounts, annual strategies, and compliance, while mentoring new hires to grow within the team. Strong communication and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Insurance knowledge. P&C experience and solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Be the strategic liaison between Gallagher and clients, fostering partnerships and creating innovative solutions.
• Manage complex self-funded accounts, annual strategies, and compliance with local and corporate standards.
• Mentor and guide new hires and team members to grow and succeed.
