Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., seeks a Client Service Executive in the Seattle area to grow client relationships and provide top-tier service. You will counsel on additional lines, manage risks, and support revenue growth within a branch.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of client service/claims experience, licensing where required, and strong communication skills. Expect travel up to 25% and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in using technology to maximize productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by counseling clients on additional lines and limit increases based on client risk.
• Deliver high quality client service aligned with AJG standards.
• Achieve operational productivity and performance metrics.
• Build relationships with existing clients and seek referrals for new business.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services.
