Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in marketing, BD, or related field.
• Minimum four years of direct personnel management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local/regional legal market and competitive landscape.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing and client development strategies to raise profile and drive opportunities.
• Oversee events, sponsorships, and client-facing programs in the region.
• Manage budgets, ROI assessment, and collaboration with BD/Marketing teams.
• Supervise and mentor Specialists, Coordinators, and Assistants.
• Coordinate with Market Intelligence, Communications, and PR teams on thought leadership.
