Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Client Engagement Senior Coordinator to support a range of office, regional, and firmwide marketing and client engagement initiatives. This role collaborates with lawyers and marketing colleagues to coordinate events, content, and communications across the office and region.

The role requires strong organizational and writing skills, plus experience with InterAction, Salesforce, and Foundation to track activities and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years in marketing, business development, program planning, or related field.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute firm-sponsored and hosted client events.
• Identify event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with offices and industries.
• Create invitations in collaboration with the design team; manage registrations.
• Coordinate production of event materials and post-event debriefs with stakeholders.
• Define event metrics to measure ROI.
• Liaise with lawyers to produce and distribute marketing content and announcements.
• Support inclusion programs through office/regional marketing initiatives.
• Leverage CRM and marketing tools to document activity.
