Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits. You will work with Client HR teams, payroll, and leaders to deliver guidance, training, and education on Sun Life services. Some travel and on-site attendance are required.

The role emphasizes deep benefit knowledge, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution to enhance the Client experience and workforce continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of related experience.
• Thorough experience administering disability and absence.
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave.
• Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret reports and apply data analysis for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination and resolution of inquiries and service requests.
• Collaborate with HR/benefits, payroll and client teams to deliver solutions.
• Assist with benefit claims submissions and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance on return-to-work and EOI processes to clients and employees.
• Create and deliver client-facing trainings and presentations.
