Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits.

You will translate benefits knowledge into practical workplace solutions, driving timely resolutions and clear communication with Sun Life and client teams. You will partner with HR/benefits, payroll, and managers to answer questions, provide guidance, and train others on Sun Life services.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual Spanish and fluent English.
• Minimum of 3+ years of related work experience.
• Thorough experience administering disability and absence.
• Deep knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave administration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate benefit administration with Client HR and Sun Life teams.
• Answer questions and provide guidance on Sun Life services and benefits.
• Support employees through return-to-work and EOI processes.
• Create client-facing training and presentations with clear visuals.
• Analyze reports, audit processes, and communicate findings clearly.
