Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits. You will partner with Client HR, payroll, and leaders to guide benefit administration and training.

Travel about 10% annually and on-site attendance at Client facilities may be required. You will help with absence, PFMLs, disability, and other Sun Life services, ensuring timely, accurate communication and excellent service to employees and Client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years related experience.
• Experience administering disability and absence.
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave administration.
• Understanding of the leave of absence process, including eligibility requirements and documentation.
• Excellent customer service and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people and handle difficult customer service situations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and define your role with the Client and service team.
• Understand Sun Life benefits to deliver effective benefit administration.
• Manage and resolve inquiries and concerns to the client’s satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of benefits.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and monitor progression.
• Support employees through return-to-work processes and EOI guidance.
• Participate in Client meetings to discuss Sun Life benefits.
• Deliver client-facing trainings and presentations with clear visuals.
• Analyze reports, audits, and communicate findings clearly to the Client.
• Identify enhancements to benefit administration with measurable outcomes.
