Job summary

Auxiant, a Madison, Wisconsin-based independent TPA, seeks an Account Manager to consult with clients on self-funded health plans, renewals, enrollments, and service levels. You will coordinate with sales and internal teams, communicate with brokers and employees, and respond promptly to client requests.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel; insurance licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of self-funded or fully-insured health plans and HIPAA/ERISA preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consult with assigned clients on issues regarding their self-funded health plan, including renewals and enrollments.
• Communicate with external customers and internal teams to ensure service levels and accuracy.
• Respond to client requests in a timely, quality-driven manner.
