Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is recruiting a Benefits Manager for our Fall River, WI client to lead the next phase of employee benefits strategy. You will manage a self-funded medical plan, coordinate dental, vision, disability, and life offerings, and serve as the liaison between employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and vendors to ensure ACA/ERISA compliance.

The role demands 3+ years in benefits administration, strong compliance, and excellent analytical and communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience with self-funded health plans.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance requirements.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and strategic direction of employee benefits programs.
• Manage and enhance a self-funded medical plan while coordinating dental, vision, disability, and life offerings.
• Serve as the key liaison between employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and other vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• Develop employee communication and education programs.
• Lead wellness and well-being initiatives.
• Analyze claims, utilization, and plan performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage benefits enrollment processes and employee support.
