• Own a portfolio of 4–6 brand accounts and manage day‑to‑day orders.
• Cultivate client relationships with daily contacts and quarterly business reviews.
• Learn brands deeply and understand their products and needs.
• Support client relationships with training and self‑service documentation.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone and email; coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor orders to ensure on‑time service and coordinate with warehouse teams.
