Job summary

phData is seeking a Principal Client Account Lead to drive strategic client engagement in the Food Service and Beverage sector from a remote US base. You will oversee defined relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide expansion opportunities while delivering measurable business value.

The role requires senior-level account leadership, plan-to-action execution, and collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Partners to realize client outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise client workstreams and programs.
• Experience identifying expansion opportunities with enterprise clients.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations with Sales, Delivery, and partners.
• Experience leading executive-ready conversations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate account strategy into actionable plans and milestones.
• Lead client conversations, workshops, and roadmaps with CAL.
• Coordinate with Delivery, TACs, and partners to deliver outcomes.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the account.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and align opportunities with phData capabilities.
