Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Texas seeks a Claims Workforce Operations Manager to lead day-to-day administrative processes within the Claims unit and drive operational excellence. You will partner with executive leadership to implement strategic plans, develop budgets, and ensure accurate reporting across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of claims systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects, coach staff, and align resources with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 7-9 years progressive responsibility in budget/forecasting or operations.
• 4-6 years management/supervisory preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; MS Project and Publisher desired.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills for teamwork and leadership.
• Ability to delegate and oversee projects and assignments.
• Experience interfacing with Senior Management.
• Ability to compile and analyze large data sets.
• Knowledge of Claims applications such as MRM Portal, Claims Portal, Business Objects, and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative processes for the Claims unit.
• Lead initiatives including scope, cost/benefit and results tracking.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and reporting formats.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and meet deliverables.
• Oversee staff and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and, if needed, terminate staff per policy.
• Review capital expenditure decisions for profitability.
• Make decisions on policy and resource allocation.
