The role emphasizes leadership, coaching and staff development, with occasional travel to off-site meetings. Starting pay is $92,600.00–$123,600.00 annually, with eligibility for incentive programs based on performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's level education or equivalent related to the role.
• 4–6 years of automotive claims handling experience required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning and delegation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with DMV record and minimum liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Review claim files for quality and monitor performance metrics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer service issues and monitor satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment and staff development for succession planning.
• Lead meetings to communicate goals and reinforce performance expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in committees and projects supporting organizational goals.
