Job summary

Syntro is hiring a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the founders, owning GTM, operations, and strategy. You will tackle high-leverage problems directly with the CEO, switching between strategic and tactical work in the same day.

In this role you’ll drive pipeline initiatives, translate field feedback into product decisions, and manage internal operations with clearly assigned owners, supporting rapid company growth.

AI is walking, driving and flying into the physical world: humanoids, robotaxis, drones and a new class of autonomous machines. Each machine is built from thousands of parts. Sourcing just one still means trade shows, cold calls and endless scrolling on distributor sites. Supplier quotes land in a dozen formats, get re-keyed by hand into spreadsheets, and 100+ email threads follow just to confirm whether a part lands on time. It's 2026, and the most important machines of the next decade are still being sourced the way they were before the internet.

Syntro is building the first agentic procurement platform purpose-built for modern hardware manufacturing. We give manufacturers the ability to discover, select, and manage suppliers across the entire hardware lifecycle, from first prototype to production, at the speed and intelligence of AI.

The Role

We're hiring a Chief of Staff who operates as a force multiplier for the founders and can own initiatives across GTM, operations, and strategy. You'll frequently be the one who picks up a problem nobody else has, and you won't let go until it's solved or ready to scale.

You'll work directly with the CEO on the highest-leverage problems in the company, shifting between strategic and deeply tactical work within the same day.

What You'll Own

• Build and close pipeline: Stand up repeatable top-of-funnel across conferences, outbound, referrals, and partnerships. Run discovery, demos and close revenue.
• Turn field signal into product decisions: Take what you hear in the field and turn it into decisions: what ships next, what gets killed, what it takes to win the next cohort
• Founder Leverage: Run point on whatever's highest-priority and least covered: prepping for critical partner and investor conversations and owning internal machinery (tax, legal, admin) with clear owners

Who You Are

• You have worked in high-growth tech as a Chief of Staff, founder, early startup operator, GTM/BizOps leader, or management consultant with an operating track record
• You're fluent in AI, not just as a user but as someone who understands how the models work and how AI products get built and sold.
• You've proven yourself at 0-1 GTM: You've personally taken something new to market and closed customers
• You're an exceptional written and verbal communicator who turns ambiguity into clear decisions quickly.
• You're built for pace: this is an intense, all-in role at a company moving fast, and you do your best work when the tempo is high.
• You have a relentless bias toward action: You move first, figure it out as you go, and don't wait to be told.
