Job summary

GTSC seeks a Chief Growth Officer to lead growth across its family of companies, reporting to the COO. This executive role drives strategy and execution from ~$80M to $100M+ in revenue, through organic growth and selective acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in federal GovCon professional services with progressive leadership in business development, capture, and growth.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling a federal services business toward $100M+ revenue and owning or influencing a growth P&L.
• Deep command of the federal procurement lifecycle, contract vehicles, set-aside programs, and teaming.
• Established relationships across federal customers and GovCon industry players.
• Experience supporting M&A, target sourcing, diligence, and post-close integration is preferred.
• Executive presence and credibility with the CEO, board, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year growth strategy across GTSC family and translate into a qualified pipeline toward $100M+ target.
• Enforce pipeline discipline: qualification standards, gate reviews, forecast accuracy.
• Prioritize high-leverage opportunities and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead BD, capture, and proposal operations; mentor a growth team.
• Drive capture strategy with pricing, teaming, and solutioning alongside delivery leadership.
• Manage executive-level relationships with federal customers and partners.
