Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a Chief of Staff to scale with the founder, translating vision into executable plans and building systems for a high-growth team. You’ll drive strategic execution, internal ops, and cross-functional coordination to unlock leadership impact.

You’ll work on complex, evolving challenges with limited oversight, shaping GTM motions, resource allocation, and organizational rhythms as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in high-performing environments such as Chief of Staff roles, strategic operations, management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions
• AI-native, not AI-curious. Before you do almost anything manually, you've already asked yourself whether AI can do it better.
• Demonstrated success in taking ambiguous, complex initiatives and driving them to completion
• Strong systems thinking and process design capability
• Exceptional project management and coordination across multiple streams
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities and initiatives into sequenced plans with owners, timelines, and metrics
• Drive end-to-end execution of founder-level projects and organizational initiatives
• Maintain accountability across the founder's portfolio and manage risks
• Prepare executive materials and enable confident decision-making
• Own hiring systems and capacity planning to support 25-30+ growth in 2026
