Office of Financial Management (OFM) seeks an Organizational Change and Transition Management Officer to lead OCM for the One Washington Program, guiding employees, leaders, and agencies through ERP transformation and workforce impact.

The role develops an integrated change strategy, aligns readiness, communications, training, and adoption with milestones, and provides strategic guidance on engagement, leadership readiness, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change and transition management for large‑scale ERP transformations.
• Ability to advise executive leaders and cross‑functional teams on readiness, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Strong governance, metrics, and readiness frameworks for complex programs.
• Proven ability to translate complex changes into actionable guidance for varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of the OCM strategy and roadmap for the One Washington Program.
• Oversee readiness, adoption, and change impact assessments and mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic leadership on employee engagement, leadership readiness, and workforce resilience.
• Coordinate communications, training, and capability building across workstreams.
• Supervise OCM and Training staff and manage resources and priorities.
