Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change workstreams across enterprise transformation programs in a hybrid Washington, DC setting. You will partner with program leaders, drive stakeholder engagement, develop training strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and align change efforts with project goals.

This role requires 6–8+ years in OCM, strong client-facing communication, and experience in large-scale programs.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
Experience in large-scale transformation programs.
Strong communications, stakeholder engagement, and training execution.
Experience with change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.

Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs.
Partner with program management teams to align change strategies with overall project goals and timelines.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable effective adoption.
Identify risks and support mitigation strategies while driving client alignment and program success.
Lead project workstreams and contribute to overall program delivery and execution.
