Job summary

Ford Credit Services seeks an Organizational Change Management Manager to lead the people side of enterprise transformation. You will advise leaders on readiness, sponsor actions, and adoption strategies, coordinating with Transformation Office, HR, and product teams to optimize business value.

You will shape stakeholder engagement, define success metrics, and oversee governance, analytics, and sustainment activities across programs and lines of business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading OCM for complex enterprise transformation.
• Experience advising senior leaders, activating sponsors, and influencing across a large matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate readiness, proficiency, and adoption data into targeted interventions.
• Experience integrating OCM with program plans, UAT, go-live, stabilization, and sustainment.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, coaching, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute integrated OCM strategies aligned to business outcomes and milestones.
• Activate sponsor coalitions, clarify leadership accountabilities, coach leaders.
• Lead stakeholder, impact, readiness, and change-saturation assessments and interventions.
• Govern audience strategies, messaging, and resistance to build adoption.
• Assess operating model impacts; partner with HR and L&D on readiness and learning.
• Establish adoption metrics and inform go/no-go decisions.
• Integrate OCM milestones into the program plan and governance.
• Lead UAT readiness, go-live prep, hypercare, and transition to business ownership.
• Develop change professionals and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Set OCM standards and improve playbooks using lessons learned.
