Job summary

City of New York seeks an experienced Project Manager – Organizational Change Management to lead OCM efforts for the Legacy Retirement Program. You will partner with the EPMO and LRP Program Director to shape change strategy, readiness, and adoption across cross-functional teams.

This role requires building integrated OCM plans, coordinating change impacts, risks, and communications, and delivering dashboards and updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in computer science, engineering, HCI, interactive media, data visualization, or related field; four years of related full-time experience.
• Alternate: Associate degree with six years of related experience; or eight years of related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the LRP organizational change management strategy and execution across business, operations, technology, and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain an integrated OCM plan aligned with the LRP program schedule and readiness activities.
• Coordinate change activities across organization to ensure alignment on changes, actions, and readiness.
• Identify organizational impacts, dependencies, and risks; engage leadership as needed.
• Partner with Program Director, PPM, EPMO, and workstream leads to ensure OCM priorities align with program objectives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments; drive readiness and adoption planning.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to drive alignment and resolve issues.
