Job summary

Clovity Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management Readiness Lead to guide departmental stakeholders through the OPAL Project implementation.

You will work with assigned department groups to prepare for readiness, manage readiness activities, and coordinate with the Change Management team to ensure adoption of new processes and technology. The role focuses on defining readiness, influencing deployment decisions, and ensuring collaboration across departments to achieve successful

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC from a change management perspective.
• Ability to keep data confidential.
• Strong problem solving and analytic skillsets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to create user and project documentation.
• Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills.
• Meeting presentation skills.
• Solid task assignment, coaching, and oversight expertise.
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels within and outside the org.
• Experience creating communications content for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and facilitate readiness activities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Change Management to ensure readiness for new tech and processes.
• Assess readiness status and guide deployments decisions.
• Prepare departments for implementation of the new system.
• Revise and identify configuration, integrations, and reporting for the new system.
• Drive standardization and adoption of new processes within departments.
• Include key users in deployment-related activities such as testing, training, & communications.
