Position: Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant / OCM Readiness Lead

We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience to serve as an OCM Readiness Lead supporting the implementation of the OPAL Project.

The consultant will work with assigned City departments and stakeholders to prepare them for new technology, processes, and capability deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, and manage readiness activities.
• Partner with the Change Management team to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new technology and processes.
• Assess readiness status and support key decisions related to capability deployments.
• Work directly with department stakeholders to prepare for new system implementation.
• Identify and revise configuration elements, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Drive standardization and adoption of new processes across departments.

Mandatory Qualifications
