Job summary

vTech Solution seeks an Organizational Change Management Readiness Lead in Philadelphia to prepare departments and stakeholders for the OPAL Project, facilitating readiness activities and adoption.

You will collaborate with the Change Management team, assess deployment readiness, guide configurations, and coordinate training, communications, and deployment validation.

Job Summary

The Organizational Change Management Readiness Lead is responsible for preparing assigned departments and their stakeholders for the successful implementation of the OPAL Project. This role involves facilitating readiness activities, assessing deployment preparedness, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, and manage readiness activities.
• Partner with the Change Management team to ensure stakeholders are prepared to embrace new technology and process capabilities.
• Assess readiness status and make key decisions related to capability deployments.
• Work closely with department stakeholders to prepare for system implementation.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Knowledge of Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Organizational Change Management education related to ERP implementations.
• Experience with Workday Financials, Supply Chain Implementation, or similar Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
• Project Management expertise with relevant Project Management Institute certifications.
• Experience in large, decentralized public sector organizations.
• Familiarity with the City of Philadelphia or related areas.
