Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with implementing process improvements and automation.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders, auditors and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders.
• Works with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives.
• Monitors execution of tasks through milestones, develops program plans, and measures progress against KPIs.
• Analyzes risks and produces program reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Identifies requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to support program objectives.
• Collaborates with other program managers to identify risks/opportunities across projects and negotiates decisions for resolution.
• Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into issues and decisions, builds relationships, and identifies root causes and opportunities.
