Bank of America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional and inter-departmental programs within the Line of Business. You will partner with business, technology, and leadership to plan, execute, and ensure operational readiness for strategic projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining end-to-end project plans, stakeholder management, and delivering on key performance indicators. On-site work is expected with role-specific flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with large technology transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing medium/large projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls project using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure project completion and benefits are achieved.
• Ensures compliance with Global Change Standards and Enterprise Procedures for the project and documentation meets requirements.
• Serve as central point of contact for end-to-end project status and stakeholder engagement.
• Develops key deliverables with Process Owners, SMEs, Product/Technology leads, and partners.
• Identify metrics and validate success with data/reporting.
• Coordinate with partners to establish readiness, QA, testing, and reporting.
