Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional, high-risk programs across line-of-business products and technology. You will partner with business, technology, and leadership teams to plan, execute, and ensure readiness for business-as-usual operations.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, maintain program health metrics, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior project managers while aligning with enterprise change standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting large technology transformation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing medium/large projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong data management and analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and proactive decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define responsibilities and accountabilities for project roles and oversee execution of programs.
• Lead adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assess risks.
• Document program health monthly and present to senior leaders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan with risk mitigation.
• Support remediation and defect tracking during warranty period?
• Lead and plan programs using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient completion.
