Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Program/Project Manager to oversee enterprise change initiatives. You will partner with department leaders to scope, plan, and govern complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategy and delivery of outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in program management, strong Agile experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate with executives. 1st shift, 40 hours/week, in-office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of Agile methodology experience.
• Proven track record leading change initiatives in large organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders.
• Works with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing.
• Monitors execution of tasks, tracks milestones, develops program plans, and measures progress against KPIs.
• Identifies requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet objectives.
• Collaborates with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities and negotiates resolutions.
• Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency, build relationships, and diagnose root causes to drive improvements.
