Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and extract insights to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to deliver benefits on time.
• Ensure compliance with Global Change Standards and Enterprise procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for department managers on change initiatives.
• Develop deliverables with owners, SMEs, Product Managers, and Tech Leads.
• Track progress with KPIs, manage risks, and communicate status to leadership.
