Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for change initiatives through regular prescribed routines.
• Contribute to design, development and timely completion of project deliverables.
• Coordinate with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses.
• Maintain documentation, prepare meeting decks, document minutes, track action items, and frame project benefits for the audience.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Identify gaps, track progress, ensure quality standards, and support adherence to governance frameworks.
• Support planning, risk identification and issue resolution throughout the change lifecycle.
• Support partnerships to create impact and provide direction to internal teams.
• Perform risk management activities to minimize risks.
