Qualifications

• Maps workflows & data from upstream sources through downstream outputs.
• Proficient in Visio or similar process-mapping software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong collaboration skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversees execution of defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and KPIs.
• Leads documentation efforts for requirements and gaps.
• Plans and organizes projects using appropriate change-management tools.
• Coordinates with multiple business lines to drive efficient resolutions.
• Supports adoption and sustainment of change initiatives.
