Qualifications

• Maps workflows & data from upstream sources through downstream outputs.
• Proficient in Visio or similar process mapping software.
• Proficient with Microsoft products including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong collaboration skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of defined project tasks with deliverables and KPIs.
• Lead documentation efforts for remediation gaps and controls.
• Plan and organize projects using technology platforms and change tools to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with multiple lines of business and risk/tech teams to drive decisions.
