Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Operations Project Consultant to manage cross-functional projects for Line of Business products and processes. You will drive change, plan, and oversee execution with department managers as stakeholders.

In this role, you will map workflows, document data flows, and collaborate with Technology and Risk teams to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation across the organization. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Maps workflows and data from upstream sources through downstream outputs.
• Proficient in Visio or similar process mapping software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses.
• Leads project and/or remediation requirement documentation efforts based on identified gaps.
• Plans and organizes projects using appropriate tools and techniques across platforms.
• Navigates cross-functional partner organizations to negotiate decisions.
• Supports adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assess risks.
• Develops, maintains, and reports on an integrated delivery plan and mitigates risks.
