Job summary

LA International is seeking a Business Change Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver people- and process-related changes for project benefits realization. The role translates project outputs into business readiness, adoption and sustained change across functions.

The BCM will ensure delivery of process, training, communications and adoption activities to support realisation of project benefits, driving long-term value and successful business change.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change in complex organisational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate technical and system changes into business impacts.
• Training design, development and deployment experience with adult learning principles.
• Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Analytical skills to support KPI tracking and benefits measurement.
• Familiarity with structured change frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to work across functions and operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead business engagement across all impacted teams and functions.
• Develop and own the change strategy and change plan, including impact assessment, stakeholder planning, communications, training, cutover and adoption activities.
• Ensure understanding of required process and system changes, including standardised templates and workflows.
• Coordinate business readiness activities and onboarding for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver communication materials aligned to the project plan.
• Design and deliver training, user enablement and competency development with measurable uptake targets.
• Assess change impacts on processes, roles and ways of working; define mitigation strategies and transition actions.
• Monitor and manage resistance to change, escalating people-related risks as necessary.
• Implement interventions to maintain engagement and minimise disruption.
• Support benefits realisation tracking, KPI measurement and post‑go‑live performance monitoring.
• Ensure clear and structured handover to BAU teams, including sustainment activities.
• Drive adoption and embed new behaviours, ensuring long‑term operational success.
