Job summary

Qualifications

• Enterprise change or transformation leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and impact assessment experience
• Experience building readiness, adoption, and reinforcement plans
• Experience working in complex, global, or matrixed environments
• Prosci certification preferred
• Ability to coordinate across program, communications, learning, business, and technology teams
• Clear understanding of the role boundary: adoption strategy for assigned scope; program leadership owns the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and governance

Responsibilities

• Develop change and adoption plans aligned to the implementation roadmap
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments
• Activate leaders, sponsors, and change networks
• Define and monitor readiness and adoption indicators
• Coordinate with program, communications, learning, business, technology, and analytics partners
• Own the adoption strategy for assigned scope while partnering with program leadership on the broader delivery plan
