Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Change Management Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformations. You will design and implement end-to-end change strategies, minimize resistance, and maximize adoption across departments.

You will collaborate with executives, project leads, and department heads to align people, processes, and technology for sustainable change. This is a full-time role with hybrid work options and a strong People First culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience, with at least 2-3 years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured change management strategies using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter). Conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments; establish KPIs.
• Integrate change plans into PMO/Agile delivery schedules; oversee communications, training, and leadership alignment streams; define risk mitigation for change resistance.
