Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to lead multi-workstream transformation efforts in the United States. You will partner with clients to set up transformation offices, translate strategy into executable programs, and mentor teams to raise execution standards.

You will apply analytical tools and financial modeling to track progress and surface risks, while collaborating with McKinsey colleagues to ensure momentum and impact across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• 3+ years of project management or PMO experience managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Proven ability to coach diverse teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• You will partner with clients to set up and run best-in-class transformation offices and performance infrastructures.
• You will translate strategic objectives into executable initiatives, milestones, and metrics.
• You will coach client teams and drive initiatives through to completion.
