Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst to drive strategic change initiatives across client projects and internal programs. You will develop and implement OCM plans, and design engaging communications and training materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.

In this fast-paced, client-facing role, you will analyze stakeholders, assess readiness, monitor interventions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change activities with program goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in organizational change management roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics development and content creation.
Strong understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks.
Experience in Service Desk support or similar client-facing role is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support development and implementation of OCM strategies and plans.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to design communication materials, training aids, and graphics.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies for OCM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OCM with project plans.
Develop and manage graphics for OCM communications and digital content.
Provide expertise to the Service Desk for OCM inquiries.
Contribute to solutions management by proposing innovative OCM solutions.
Support strategy plans related to organizational development and change initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of OCM interventions.
