Qualifications

• 7+ years of change management experience in enterprise settings.
• Own change strategy from scratch and execute end-to-end.
• Proven ability to create low-friction adoption solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OCM delivery and adoption strategy for CTREC programs.
• Develop and deliver multi-channel communications and enablement content.
• Drive stakeholder engagement from frontline employees to senior leadership.
• Partner with Development, Product, and Technical Program Manager as embedded team member.
• Measure adoption and iterate based on feedback.
• Provide governance and standardization of change processes across programs.
