RSM US LLP is seeking a Consulting Change Management Director to lead the development and execution of a holistic change management strategy for major initiatives. You will collaborate with consulting teams, operations, IT, and product groups to identify risks and enable successful adoption across stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a large-scale implementation facing role, handling highly complex issues.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with leadership, managing managers and individual contributors.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working on initiatives that require formal Change Management plans / deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Create and direct the change management strategy for assigned initiatives/projects.
• Act as primary liaison to business, project manager, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Assess scope, complexity, readiness, and change management needs and recommend an approach.
• Develop and maintain change deliverables: stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, readiness assessments, communications plans, learning plans, sponsor activities, resistance management, adoption plans.
• Integrate change activities with project, product, communications, learning, technology, and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities based on needs, feedback, readiness, and risks.
• Analyze data to generate adoption, readiness, and change-risk insights.
• Direct Change Management staff and ensure timely delivery of artifacts.
• Pursue opportunities to increase change management acumen through training.
• Support transition of work to operations/business teams.
