Job summary

RSM US LLP in the United States seeks a Consulting Change Management Director to lead the development and execution of change management strategy across initiatives. You will collaborate with consulting teams, stakeholders, and operations to drive adoption and sustainment of future-state outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in large-scale implementations, strong data analytics, executive-level communications, and a CCMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Technology or Accounting.
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) required.
• 7+ years' experience in large-scale implementation facing roles.
• 5+ years' experience working with leadership, managing managers and contributors.
• Experience with formal change management plans/deliverables.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building experience.
• Preference for Prosci/CCMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Create and direct the change management strategy for assigned initiatives.
• Serve as primary liaison to business, project team and stakeholders.
• Assess scope, readiness, and change management needs; recommend approach.
• Develop deliverables: stakeholder assessments, readiness analyses, comms plans.
• Integrate change activities with project, product, learning and IT plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities based on feedback and risk.
• Provide data-driven adoption, readiness and risk insights.
• Manage Change Management staff and resources to deadlines.
