• Experience with formal change management plans/deliverables.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy for assigned initiatives.
• Liaise with business, project manager, leadership and stakeholders.
• Assess scope, readiness and change needs; propose approach.
• Create stakeholder assessments, readiness and adoption plans.
• Integrate change activities with project, learning, IT and operations.
• Monitor progress and adjust based on risks and feedback.
