• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or accounting preferred.
• CCMP certification required.
• Minimum 7 years in a large-scale implementation role with senior stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Create and direct the change management strategy for assigned initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison to business, project managers, leadership and stakeholders.
• Assess scope, complexity and readiness; tailor change approaches accordingly.
• Develop change deliverables: assessments, analyses, plans, communications, learning, sponsor activities.
• Integrate change activities with project, product, communications, learning and IT plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities based on feedback and risks.
• Lead and develop Change Management staff to meet deadlines.
• Coach and mentor teams, transitioning work to operations.
