Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Consulting Change Management Director to lead the development and execution of change management strategies for major initiatives. The role requires collaboration with consulting teams, business stakeholders, and IT to ensure successful adoption and sustainment.

A CCMP or equivalent certification is preferred, with 7+ years in large-scale implementations and 5+ years in leadership roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; preference for business/technology/accounting
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) required

Responsibilities

Create and direct the change management strategy for assigned initiatives/projects.
Act as primary liaison to business, project manager, leadership, and stakeholders.
Assess scope, readiness, and change management needs; recommend approach.
Create and maintain change deliverables: stakeholder assessments, readiness, communications, learning, sponsor activities, resistance management, adoption plans.
Integrate change activities with project, product, communications, learning, technology, and implementation plans.
Monitor progress and adjust activities based on feedback, readiness, and risks.
Analyze data to derive adoption, readiness, and change-risk insights.
Direct and manage Change Management staff to deliver strategy and resources.
Pursue opportunities to enhance change management acumen through training.
Transition work from project/product teams to operations.
Provide career coaching and development to advisees.
