• Assesses communication, training, and culture change needs for clients and supports the creation of implementation plans.
• Completes assigned tasks per the project schedule.
• Conducts interviews and data analysis of client data.
• Coordinates and manages documentation, notes, and data.
• Delivers materials to project teams and clients with professional presentation quality.
• Produces deliverables such as graphics, notes, and reports with high attention to detail.
