Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Management Consulting within the People Strategy and Solutions team to deliver people-focused strategies across culture, change, communications, organizational effectiveness, talent, and learning and development.

The role collaborates with firm leaders, develops new business with existing clients and prospects, mentors staff, and drives high-quality engagements and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of consulting or related experience in people strategy, talent development, or change management.
• Experience with a consulting firm preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organization design experience.
• Experience leading multiple client projects and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value client outcomes and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Mentor managers and staff to ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop marketing content, proposals, and client presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and relationships.
