Job summary

BDOUSA seeks an Experienced Senior Associate in Management Consulting to support multi-service-line projects across client sites. You will apply change management practices, lead communication and culture initiatives, and help deliver strategic transformations with high-quality materials.

You’ll collaborate with engagement teams, conduct assessments, draft implementation plans, and interact with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful outcomes. Domestic travel is expected (25–50%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Management, Business, Finance, or Psychology preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in at least one of: Management/Business Strategy Consulting, Project Management/Organizational Change Management, or Business Analysis/Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assesses communication, training, and culture change needs; supports implementation plans to improve effectiveness.
• Completes assigned tasks per the project schedule.
• Conducts interviews and data analysis of client data.
• Coordinates and manages documentation, notes, and data.
• Prepares and delivers materials to the project team and clients.
• Produces high-quality deliverables aligned with standards.
• Supports team collaboration to enhance presentation materials.
• Updates project metrics and reminders of deadlines.
• Supports and produces deliverables such as graphics, notes, reports, etc.
• Applies concepts like organizational hierarchy, strategic goals, data management, workflow standardization, ROI, and value proposition.
• Travels domestically as needed (25-50%).
• Other duties as assigned.
